Adele has made her return, season 3 of "You" is more binge-worthy than ever, and Heaven by Marc Jacobs drop their new collection.

Music

Adele is BACK!

Where to listen: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, etc.

It’s been nearly five long years, awaiting the return of Adele, and on Friday, Oct. 15 she released the lead single, “Easy on Me’ off her upcoming fourth studio album, “30”. Following a public divorce, Adele has mentioned this will be her most personal and vulnerable piece of work yet.

Her soulful tone and piercing notes are stronger than ever before, some not even thinking that was possible to be done. The maturity and pain within her delivery on the track show the authenticity of the lyrics themself and the very personal journey she has been on within the last several years.

Although the track has been met with criticism, some claiming all of Adele’s songs sound the same, the critiques were not loud enough, as the song debuted on Billboard Hot 100 within the first five hours of release. Adele has shown how consistent she can be with her music, even with dragged-out hiatuses in between eras.

Film/TV

"YOU," But Make It The Suburbs.

Where to watch: Netflix

Season 3 of the Netflix hit show, You, dropped on the streaming platform on Friday, Oct. 15. The show has kept its thrilling, edge-of-your-seat nature that has been a thread line through seasons one and two, but with a setting twist. The suburbs.

A murderous duo dealing with the high stakes of mom influencers and school fundraising bake sales, and of course a newborn baby makes quite the show and brings in a new, intriguing dynamic to the plot.

No major spoilers will be given but it is truly worth the watch and apparently, Netflix agreed as the show was greenlit for season four prior to the release of season three. Now we will impatiently wait.

Fashion

Heaven by Marc Jacobs x The Virgin Suicides

Where to see: Vogue Runway

Last week Heaven by Marc Jacobs released their collaboration with "The Virgin Suicides," the 1999 cult classic film directed by Sofia Coppola.

From baby tees to skirt and shirt sets, Heaven brings 90s classic and edgy designs to the pieces, with dreamy visuals from the original film incorporated.

The collaboration and drop were in honor of World Mental Health Day and proceeds from the line will help the Lesbain, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center, an LGBTQ+ organization with efforts to provide the community with resources and support.
